Database Production Support and Integration Development for eCommerce website

We assisted this client by integrating their hosted commerce website with four internal ERP systems. Data integrations were developed using SSIS as per the spec of the eCommerce vendor (iCongo) for product, inventory, price, tax, and CRM. Processes run 7 days per week to keep the eCommerce and ERP system in sync with each other. Catalog is about 50,000 items and sales total greater than $50K per day.

We are also responsible for operations of the database environment. The client is running SQL Server 2005. SQL Litespeed is used for backups. SSTS has installed various monitors to ensure the environment is running smoothly. SSRS and SSIS are used extensively in this environment and we are supporting in the administration of these components.
